I will accept returns once the item has dispatched but only if the item is returned unopened and the cost of return must be covered by you. This is due to possible copyright infringement (the product can be copied and returned). If the item has been opened, a return is not possible.

Custom or commission pieces are non refundable and not returnable once agreed on and dispatched.

All original artwork will be sent by tracked postage.

All prints will be sent by standard postage which is not tracked and is at your own risk. Postage times may vary from country to country and are beyond my control.

However, I will endeavour to find a satisfactory solution should prints become lost in the post and will resend if necessary.

This item will be dispatched within 1-5 business days. If you order on a Friday, the item will usually be dispatched the following Monday. I will be in touch should there be any unforeseen delay.

Any customs or local taxes charged by your own country are your own responsibility and beyond my control.

Postage times can vary from country to country depending on the time of year and is beyond my control. Please order in plenty of time if for a special occasion, especially if abroad.
